Tri & Run of West Orange
is locally owned and operated by Jerry and Tammy Pegram and first opened doors April, 2006. We are located in the "hub" of the West Orange Trail located in Historical
Downtown Winter Garden, Florida. We are dedicated to
offering the highest level of customer service by experienced staff. Everyone at Tri & Run is experienced in proper shoe selection and fitting. We also offer free weekly
runs. As "running central" in West
Orange County, we produce and support a number of local 5k's as well as our Inaugural Winter Garden 10k in February, 2013. Our goal is to provide our customers with
the best possible experience in reaching their fitness/running/triathlon
