Marathon/Half Marathon Training

Training Starts July 26
26 Weeks through Disney
Bonus training: +6 Weeks for Gasparilla on March 1,2009
Informational Meeting July 19th

Main Targets:
Florida Marathon
Disney Marathon
Gasparilla

Participants doing these events must be able to run 3 miles by the start date.
Walk/run participants included.
(not intended for those who want to walk a marathon)

Anyone joining who wants to do a fall marathon(Chicago,Marine Corps,NYC,etc.) must have a 10 mile base run by the start of the program.
