Tri & Run's new coaches Marc and Amy Bonnet-Eymard 2010 Marathon Training Program   JUNE THROUGH DISNEY MARATHON 2011 First training run is on Saturday, June 12th  Cost: $150 Alumni: $130 Group Training sessions on Tuesday(pm) and Saturday(am)   Informational meeting on June 5, 2010 8am at Tri & Run    Marc's Bio I have been competing in triathlons since 2002 and have been coaching since 2004.  I have raced in all distances from sprint to Ironman and have numerous running races under my belt as well as cycling time trials. I discovered as a coach, that I generate the same passion for my athletes as I do for myself as a competing multisport athlete. I have worked with beginners to elites, all with the same mission, to help them achieve their goals via my passion and guidance. Active in endurance sports since the age of 10, I was a Div. III All American swimmer and was an assistant college swim coach shortly thereafter.  As a triathlete, I achieved the titles of 2006 USAT Short Course and Sprint National Champion and 2006 ITU Age Group Overall World Champion. In both 2005 and 2006, I was awarded with the distinction of USAT Triathlete of the Year.  I have researched books and articles on endurance sports and nutrition, and multisport training.  I have a Master’s of Health Science degree, I have studied extensively in anatomy and physiology and have taken courses in nutrition at Tufts University. I earned my elite triathlete card in 2006 and raced professionally in 2007.  I have temporarily suspended my racing to focus on my family (wife and 2 boys, 2 and 3 yrs old) and work more closely with aspiring triathletes and runners as a coach.   Amy's Bio I have been competing in triathlons since 2001 and received my USAT Level I Coaching Certification in 2007.  I have raced in running races from 5k to the marathon and have completed many triathlons ranging from super sprint to half ironman distance.   I graduated from the University of South Florida in 1997 with a Batchelor of Science in Nursing.  I have been employed at Orlando Regional Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit since 2000.   Marc and I have lived in Winter Garden since May 2004.  We are raising two young boys ages 2 & 3.   I am excited to see new people enter the sport of triathlon and/or running.  I look forward to helping you achieve your goals, both short and long term.  Additional Information: Call the store 407-905-4786 or email us at run@trinrun.com
